  • Name5. The landscaping scheme shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of the above condition, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.6. The development, hereby approved, shall be carried out in strict accordance with the mitigation strategy specified within the submitted Noise Assessment (ref. 23061/07-17/4899 Rev B by M-EC dated July 2018) and shall be maintained in this form at all times thereafter.8. The development, hereby permitted, shall not be occupied until such time as the parking and turning facilities have been implemented in accordance with rg+p drawing number 40993/018B. Thereafter the on-site parking provision shall be so maintained in perpetuity.9. The development, hereby permitted, shall not be occupied until such time as: a) The access drive (and any turning space) has been surfaced with tarmacadam, or similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate) for a distance of at least 5 metres behind the highway boundary and; b) Site drainage details have been provided to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter surface water shall not drain into the Public Highway and shall be so maintained.14. No development shall commence on the site until such time as a Gas Verification Plan has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with any mitigation measures suggested within this plan.16. No occupation of the development approved by this planning permission shall take place until such time a
